While detaining and investigating a man for stealing a vehicle[3], or maybe credit card theft and fraud[4], he broke both of the guy's arms by bending them too far up behind his back while handcuffed after the man turned and yelled at him. The "justice" system charged him with a legal crime over it but he was acquitted.[5]
